The factory door stay bracket on the Land Rover Defender 110/130 second row side doors is fixed position as you would expect on a production vehicle. The door itself is pretty small and there are quite a few more degrees available in the swing of the door before the leading edge of the door hits the B pillar.
Our door angle extenders replace the standard bracket which holds the door stay with one that can be adjusted anywhere from the factory standard position to a fully extended position (see pics).
Fitting is extremely easy, no drilling or modification is necessary and is probably one of our easiest to fit products! Around 10-20 minutes to fit the pair.
We fabricate these from stainless steel which is then brushed for a really nice appearance.
