Once an order has been submitted, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be processed and shipped (generally orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class or next day parcel service, depending on size of order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

Tracking and Signing
Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information enabling you to track your order. Any items sent via Royal Mail First Class will not have a tracking number but we will obtain proof of posting when sending your item.
Please note that for most parcels a signature will be necessary so someone will need to be in when the parcel is delivered.
Please make the courier aware of any damage before signing for the parcel. If the damage is extensive, you have the right to refuse the parcel. If you accept the damaged parcel, please take photos of the damaged packaging prior to opening and then photos of any damage to the product. We cannot make a claim without this evidence of both packaging and product so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure these photos are taken. If this is not done, we will not be able to automatically replace your item/ refund. Please be aware of this prior to signing for your parcel. We now offer international shipping through the website, please select your country on the checkout page. The shipping costs are divided between zones which are listed at the checkout when you enter your country.
If you do not see your country listed, please do contact us via email to request a quote for shipping. We ship worldwide however, to ensure the best rate for customers we need to quote any countries not listed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments, and any import duties are your responsibility as the customer.
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter, if you want your order to be split so you can receive stocked items sooner, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange this for you.
