Far Corners’ Returns Policy
- Buyers who have changed their mind have the right to return/ cancel their order within 30 days of the purchase date if the item was purchased directly from Far Corners Ltd. The item must be in original packaging and complete for resell by us. We will not accept used or damaged items. If an item arrives in poor condition, the buyer must take pictures of packaging before unpacking and send pictures of the damage to the packaging and the item before we will replace/ refund.
- Customers may be charged a restocking fee should the return be due to the customer ordering the wrong parts or if it has been a special order in item.
- We will not be able to accept any returns for custom products.
- Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Debit/Credit Card used for the original purchase. Refunds are for products only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning an item, giving us your order reference, full name and an explanation of why you are returning.
- You will receive your Return Authorization via e-mail which will include your RA# as well as instructions for the return. Far Corners LTD are not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Please allow 3-4 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
- Far Corners does not assume responsibility for any item that is lost in the post when being returned to us. We recommend that you send your item via a registered service and obtain proof of posting from either the Post Office or from the courier.
Far Corners’ return policy as stated above is not applicable to any Partners of Far Corners, Resellers, Distributors etc.
